Use suggestions
FOR ADULTS: If this is your first time using magnesium oil, apply 3-4 sprays in total, to the top and bottom of your feet for the first 4 weeks. A tingling sensation indicates a magnesium deficiency, and will stop once your levels increase.
Once adjusted, use 6-8 sprays on stomach, legs or back daily. Massage in gently & allow to dry before covering up. Follow up by applying some Sleep Balm or Muscle Rub.
FOR KIDS: Rub 1-2 sprays on the top and bottom of feet and rub in for the first 4 weeks. A tingling sensation indicates a magnesium deficiency, and will stop once your levels increase. If tingling feels too strong, dilute magnesium with a little extra water as needed.

For ages 12 months & up. If this is your first time using Magnesium Oil, we recommend doing a patch test first by applying 1 spray on the foot, and monitoring for reactions (including redness or itching) for the next 24 hours. Use only externally & as directed.
The time it takes to see results will vary depending in your level of magnesium deficiency. It may take 6-12 weeks of consistent daily use to see improvement. Continue to use daily to keep your levels topped up and enjoy the ongoing benefits.
